Delivery & Shipment
US Shipping
You will be charged a flat fee of $10 (Regular Shipping) A registered article number will be provided for you to track your parcel.

- - Express Shipping (4-5 days, more costly)
International Shipping
Shipping is at a flat rate of $20 (regular shipping), as long is the parcel is less than 10lbs. We will let you know if your shipping costs exceed $20.

You should receive your shipment from 10-20 days (with regular shipping) or 4-5 days (with express), we will notify you if anything changes. You can contact: theresaisms@gmail.com for any other information regarding your shipment.
Payment Options
We accept PayPal (which you can use via your Credit Card or Bank with) Please make sure your Pay Pal accounts are CONFIRMED (have a confirmed billing address, we only ship to the billing address) before making payment, fraud is high, and we will take legal actions against fraud cases - so be honest!
Return and Exchange Policy
If your sent product is DEFECTED or is the WRONG item was sent, please let us know RIGHT AWAY at customerservice@uberkawaiii.com we investigate the problem, if the fault is ours we will refund your money and you may keep the product. If wrong product was shipped please let us know, and send the product back. We will correct the order.
** Note: If under any circumstances we investigate the situation and it is not our fault, you will have to pay the return fee plus a 8% re-stocking fee.
Defected goods must be returned within 14 days from the original date of received goods.
If you want to exchange an item, you will have to pay the shipping costs, and we can do a exchange for you. Exchanges have to be conducted within 15 days of receiving goods.
